Shipping longer than 3-7 business days

I bought something on cyber Monday and said 3-7 business days why am I being shown delivery date of December 16th 1 week after it being 3-7 business days.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

I'm only rating 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I returned something via the post office because I refused to pay $9.99 for a shipping label! That was almost half of the amount I paid for the item. I returned my item and it was delivered on 11/12 per the tracking information. I chatted with an online representative who said "to date it still has not been received so there's nothing that can be done to refund your money." He offered to reship the item instead. I don't want the item and have no use for it, which is why it was returned in the first place. I asked if there was a number I could call to speak to a manager and he gave me the customer service number. I called and spoke with Kerri who was SO SO helpful and polite. After explaining the situation, she informed me that she went ahead and processed a refund for my item and I should receive within 7 business days. Fansedge really should take a look at their customer service issues as it seems I'm not the only one who has had issues. I manage a retail store (we have over 800 stores nationally) and this level of customer service I experienced is unacceptable. I will not be doing business with Fansedge again.Update: FansEdge responded to my review and has nothing to do with the issue at hand. I returned an item and 3 weeks later with the tracking saying it was delivered, the company tried to tell me they didn’t have it. I had to deal with two different t people to get a refund. They offered to reship the item to me instead of a refund...if I returned the item to begin with, WHY WOULD I WANT IT AGAIN?? point blank:do not do business with them. If you do and you need to return an item, take the loss and pay the $9.99 for a shipping label, since apparently using their label is the only way they have of knowing you actually shipped something back.

I wish I had looked for reviews before…

I wish I had looked for reviews before I purchased. My husband always wears a large in every other shirt he's purchased. I bought a large for him from Fan's Edge and it was much too small. When I went to exchange it, they want to charge a "label fee" of $9.95 - half what I paid for the shirt! A complete rip off. And I can't get a real person to talk to. Highly disappointed.

Returns policy a joke, have over $200 of my money and nobody will help

Awful experience trying to return items from the uk. Posted by recorded delivery to the address it advises you on the website for international returns. Told it can take 10 WORKING DAYS to process and up to a further 7 WORKING days to refund the money. Item was received and signed for by fansedge 3 weeks ago. They still have no trace of it on any of their systems. I have spoken to their online help - they have no access to international returns and cannot make outbound calls to chase it up. Gave me a number to phone - nobody ever answers. No complaints team to contact. Complete joke of an organisation. But your merch somewhere else. In total with 2 separate returns they have over $200 of my money and won’t refund it. Horrible company

My order was scheduled to be delivered…

My order was scheduled to be delivered from Florida to Maryland within a week. Now they’ve added another 2 weeks to my delivery because for some reason my delivery went from Florida to Georgia to CALIFORNIA. I’m not sure why in the world that would happen and it’s rather inexcusable.

PRICE CHANGES

First, the products are great. However pricing, live chat is awful. Sizes are priced differently. Put one in the basket at the sale price and like magic, it goes back up to regular. It wasn’t always like this. Put in code and it’s not good on this size, but is on other sizes. Then comes the email. “You Liked it, Now buy it”. At the higher price? No way do I need something that much!

Horrible

Horrible . Ordered my item on 11/14/19 was told shipped on 11/19 to date the fedex website says pending pick up. I call and get a rep that mumbled the whole time. Item no longer In stock and was told I would get a refund. Based on feedback on here I will be waiting months for it. Would never ever use again

Low quality and customer service.

The shirt and quarter-zip that I ordered were very low quality. When I went to return, they told me they were unable to give a refund as I was outside the 30 day return policy window... It's literally still within the 30 day window now and they're tell me it's not! I would have a hard time recommending this site based on their customer service alone.

1 star because 0 isn't an option

I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0 stars.I ordered a t shirt, they sent the wrong one, not even the right sport. They agreed to exchange it for the correct one when I returned the wrong one, so I did. Nothing ever came, I called for the second time, they then said the correct one should have been delivered "yesterday", but since it wasn't delivered yesterday, that must mean I'm not going to get it, so I should just order another one, sorry.

Star rating should be -1 star....

If a rating could be less than 1 Star, certainly this would be the rating for FansEdge. I’ve waited since November 9th for this refund to be issued... when I received the email (11/20) that my money was refunded, rather than it being he $22.24 I paid, it’s $17.25 (with no explanation). So, they advertise “free shipping” told me my return wouldn’t cost ANYTHING... but, still messed me over.... and in case you’re wondering, the package was NEVER EVEN OPENED! I sent it back sight unseen in the SAME ENVELOPE! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
