Ordered a sweater on 10/13/2019. Noticed I was charged 10+ doller extra. Called customer support inquiring about the extra charge. I was reassured when I revieved an email stating I'd be refunded my overpayment within a few business days. Refund was loaded the next day. Same day I received my package. Great product. Clean. No complaints here.
I ordered last 10/8 and they said my order would ship by 10/11 and should receive it by 10/22. It is now 10/15 and my order hasn’t even shipped yet. Now they’re saying my order will be shipped on or by 10/21. That makes no sense at all. I wish I would have read the reviews before or ordered. You have to pay an arm and a leg to get it shipped to you in a timely manner. I would recommend nobody do with business with this place. They just give you a cookie cutter answer and no help.
I am sorry I didn't read these reviews before buying--that's what I get. I ordered a shirt on 10/9/2019 for my husband for a game I wanted him to wear next week. Now I find out it will not be delivered until October 28th!! I called customer service to cancel, and while the person was very nice, after putting me on hold she said I could not cancel the order and would be able to return it at no charge which is ok, but I have already been charged for it and it will probably take forever to get my money back. Not happy about this.
They claimed 3-5 day shipping. It was shipped out on the 2nd but still waiting on the package 7 days later. There customer service portal is a joke, I couldn't ever get to anyone live. Item shipped from FL, to PA and for some reason switched postal carriers halfway through the process. I needed that package delivered in a timely manner. I will never place another order with this site.Addendum: Thank you for your reply, and your correct the order was received today. My rating might be a little unjust, given most of my issue is with why it sat in the local post office for a few days before being delivered. I guess its common practice now for the various postal services to pass packages back and fourth mid-transit. Which seems to cause more delays. I was also informed I selected the 3-7 day shipping and not 3-5 days. I've adjusted my rating to reflect this.
Ordered a shirt on 10/3 and was told it would ship on 10/4 it is now 10/8 and have not recieved any tracking info! When I go to my account it says no purchase history! Well they charged my credit card so their should be a purchase history! But almost a week later and have no way of tracking anything! First time buying from this website and so far not good customer service!
If I could give zero stars I would. When placing my order the site claimed delivery would occur in about a week. The shirt I was buying was to wear to the game. After I placed the order, FansEdge delivery date was a MONTH out for a t-shirt - two weeks after the game I was going to attend. I canceled my order. Take your business elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ORDERED A COSTUME for my little girl only to receive a SIZE 3XL mans hoodie from a different team and at least 4 days late when it took ALREADY an extended period of time to ship within the US- I received an ORDER from China quicker than this company. When trying to return the item, you can't speak directly to someone or call them, instead you're stuck in purgatory in an online chat area, repeating yourself 12 times. Ridiculous! And to top it off, they were sold out of the costume I ORDERED so I ended up ordering from a typical and popular online site- which costed more money of course. Won't be buying anything from here again.
