update to my last post about being charged for return labels when i had to print them out on my own printer and drive the package to fed ex in my car.an email was replied to by fans edge and they notified me that "the shipping credit was only done as a one time courtesy as we do not do free refunds"i was credited for one label and had to eat the other charge. real niceso the "hassle free 365 day refund" IS A LIE!AVOID FANS EDGE AND FANATICS!!!!!!
I am very upset, I ordered a christmas gift from here, and the email confirmation said it will arrive by January 17!? I tried to cancel and according to the live chat they are unable to cancel? Its ridiculous, and I will not be using Fansedge again. Again, I am very upset. Mind you, I placed the order 2 hours prior to trying to cancel.
I previously wrote an extremely harsh review of FansEdge back on December 11th. The reason I am revising my rating and giving them 5 stars is because their service stepped up big-time to the plate after reading my review on your site.Julian showed me that they really were interested and cared about what I said. It's obvious that they have gone to great measures to correct what was previously not working for their company which disenfranchised so many buyers.A person by the name of Julian contacted me and went out of his way to make things right.Most appreciated and now very satisfied customer.
Always buy my son youth M jerseys, or any other shirt, the same size always. So I don't even consider looking at the size chart. This one came absolutely huge! They charge 10 dollars for returns, so I called asking them to wave that fee since this is NOT a size youth M shirt even though it says it is. Got a customer service representative that couldn't care less, didn't get the waver and that was it. Very disappointed. First and last time buying from the site.
Beware if you need to return your order as they profit off of this as well as their merchandise. I recently purchased a cap and they charged $9.99 for a standard USPS return label that is only worth a about $3.00. So don't expect to receive a full refund for anything you need to send back.
I placed an order on October 1st. Called today December 9th , to see where my order was. they told me my order had been canceled and was not shipped. Although I never received a refund for a $35 shirt. I also never got an email stating that my order had been cancelled and a return has been processed. checked the credit card bill only to find they did not refund my order.. so now I'm out $35 they reassured me that they sent me a refund and they will not give me another shirt... Fu*k this company...
Totally upset with this company Orderd an item and when it could not be delivered on time, went to cancel and they do not let you cancel within 1 hr of ordering. Told me I have to wait for the item to arrive in about 3 weeks and then send it back!! Hasen't even been processed yet and I can not cancel!! Never heard of such nonsense. Will never order from them again!! Bad business!! Ekay
