I’d give it zero stars if I could. Tried getting a Chelsea shirt for my girlfriend who is a big Chelsea fan and they sent me a men’s instead of a women’s and my emailed receipt very clearly says I ordered a women’s shirt. Not sure how that happens, how do they not check to make sure they are sending the right thing? Judging off the reviews, it seems a lot of people are having terrible experiences with fansedge. Pretty stupid by these guys to not do this with precision and accuracy during the busiest time of the year.
I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order! Horrible company. I ordered on Dec. 3. Today is the 21st and I still haven't received my order. Customer service was so rude! And then I waited 20 minutes (yup, 20) to speak with a "manager." They haven't even gotten to "making" my order yet. They will not be here by the 25th. So much for my Christmas gifts. Use anybody else.
I ordered NBA jersey December 2nd for Christmas present for my son. Email confirmation said it would ship by the 13th and receive by 24th. Today, 20th, I called the customer service number listed on their website. Initially, I was communicating with a computer and was told my order was pending and there were long wait times for customer service. I was connected to a human in less than a minute. She informed me that my shipment date was updated for Jan 15th. I was never notified of this change and she could not give me an explanation. She told me she would credit me half the cost (within 2-7 days) and expedite (next day) the shipping. I asked for an email confirmation of this and agreed to it. I will be extremely satisfied if this is what really happens. My stomach was churning when I looked at all the bad reviews for this company. I am not pleased with their lack of communication and await the untimely arrival of my son's Christmas gift in January. The customer service was very good. I hope the product is good.
Ordered 2 hoodies for my step father and father in law, 2 amazing men in my life. Fansedge did not send me these items in a timely fashion at all. I ordered these items on December 1st, and they were not received until the 17th, just a week before Christmas. When I opened the packages, I was beyond confused. Neither item was even vaguely close to what I ordered. I ordered a Dallas hoodie and a Steelers hoodie. I received a Chicago Bears tshirt and another random college sweater. Wrong items sent right before Christmas. I'm wondering if the Grinch works at Fansedge. Wish I would have checked reviews for the site first. My stepfather wears BignTall sizes that are difficult to find too... so now Fansedge has left me no time to get him anything he hasn't already gotten before. THANKS... MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I ordered an item for Christmas. Fans Edge used a company called Laser Ship to ship my item. I tracked the package and according to Laser Ship, it was left at my front door. I did not receive the package. I live in a somewhat closed off neighborhood, so I highly doubt I was a victim of a porch pirate. That being said, I called Fans Edge customer service and my call was answered by a “live” customer service rep in a timely manner. No questions asked, the rep said the cost of my item will be refunded, and it will take up to 7 business days to see the refund on my statement. Christmas is next week, so it may take longer for me to see the refund. Excellent customer service experience and easy to deal with. Bummed I will not receive my item since it was a Christmas gift and I lose out on the cost of shipping (about $12) but at least I won’t be out $68. Hopefully Fans Edge will be true to their word, otherwise I’ll be writing back a poor review. Laser Ship will be getting the bad review. Fans Edge live customer service: 1 855 438 0678
DO NOT place order through FansEdge!!! They are a scam!!! We ordered a jacket and a few hours later wanted to cancel the order. We were told they could not cancel the order and we would have to just return the item when we received it. We just received it and contacted them as I could not get a return started on-line. We were told they would get back to us in 3 days with an address to send it back.What happened to the 365 day return, no questions asked? This is a $200 jacket. We will fight this til we receive our refund!!!
Should have read these reviews before placing an order. My friend orders from here all the time and has never had any problems, of course it would happen to me. I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present on 12/12/19 and paid the next day shipping cost, well it didn't arrive the next day, nor has it arrived as of today 12/17/19. The shipping company being used is OnTrac in which their site keeps saying it's delayed. I searched the reviews for OnTrac, NO GOOD! So disappointed! If my package doesn't arrive before Christmas, I will make it my top priority to post on all social media not to order from this company. Why would any company use a shipping/delivery company that has bad reviews?
I ordered before Thanksgiving and paid for shipping to be sure I would get my order before Christmas. When I DID NOT receive a confirmation email I tried to track my order. There was no way to track my order because they gave me an invalid order number. I finally got their phone number from my credit card company and called the customer service department. The guy had ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE about what was going on. After repeated attempts to solve the problem, I'm out $173.50 and I still DO NOT HAVE MY GRANDSONS CHRISTMAS GIFT! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!
