My first order was delayed by 15–20 days after I had already waited 4 days for delivery. The company blamed the manufacturer for the delay. Since I was traveling within 20 days, I asked for a refund so I could buy the same lens elsewhere, but was only offered store credit.I then ordered an alternative lens, even though it didn’t exactly match my prescription. That order also wasn’t delivered within the promised timeframe and is still undelivered well past the expected date. I was told a supervisor would call me back, but I may have to wait up to 48 hours.Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I have lost faith in FeelGood’s service.
If I could give zero stars I would. I was LIED TO by their customer service team on 4 separate occasions. The single WORST experience I've ever had with a company and I've been a customer for over 10 years and have given them THOUSANDS of €. Still haven't received order 11 days later, was lied to and assured they would be here every day this week. Will be making a formal complaint and will never buy from them again.
Easy to order and great selection of products at a good price point. Delivery 🚚 is ok 👍 timelines are a little bit slower to Ireland but nothing major, I just factor that in when reordering my contact lenses and solution. Love that you get a little treat with your order also 🥰

On the 1st of September, I received an email confirming that my contact lenses had been dispatched. On the 5th of September, I was notified that a delivery attempt had been made. However, after checking both my Ring doorbell and our security cameras, it was clear that no such attempt had taken place.I contacted Feel Good and was informed that delivery issues sometimes occur, but I was assured the order would arrive within 1–2 days. Despite numerous follow-ups, my lenses did not arrive until the 22nd of September.To make matters worse, the courier messaged me directly and asked to meet in a different location rather than delivering to my address. This is completely unacceptable why am I paying for a delivery service if the delivery is not being made properly?
