Skeptical at first but had to try and I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received the glasses are perfect and the prescription is bang on if I was to get the same in an irish opticians I would be paying quadruple the price I paid I will use again and I will and have already recommended to other glasses wearers
Shocking customer service, issue with order never received and communicated by email got no response used the WhatsApp chat constantly told it would be investigated nobody ever came back. Still haven't received a refund almost 3 months later. Fuming. Commutation is abysmal.
I ordered contact lenses expecting delivery in 2-3 days, but my order was delayed several days without clear updates. I needed them urgently but didn’t get proper support. I hope they improve delivery reliability and communication.

Company has gone down in service.I have been a customer since 2018. Usually a great company. Recently delivery times are weeks different to what was promised and the customer service that was once brilliant is now awful. It is as if they have cut lots of corners and have stopped caring about customers. Plus they use Fastway Couriers who don't have any way of knowing when a parcel is arriving.
