A good experience. Only one small hiccup

After I signed up for the service, I saw a lot of bad reviews. That made me worried, but my experience so far has been very good.The first thing is that the SIM card arrived within 2 days. That's exceptionally good.The SIM activation process was a bit tricky. In particular the Password selection. I was forced to change the password I registered with. I don't know why. It displayed an error for every password I chose, despite following their password requirements. I eventually found that, by ignoring the error message and hitting Enter, I was able to set a new password.After that little hiccup it was plain sailing and the SIM worked immediately, with no problems. The service seems fast and reliable, and the coverage seems good. For the price I think this is a good deal.I'm satisfied.

I was nervous because I read bad reviews on here but my experience so far has been great. Super easy and quick esim set-up via the app, good coverage, good price. I used my NSW driver's license for the ID, and it worked immediately. People seem to say overseas roaming can be an issue - I'm only using it in Australia and I'm very happy.

No worries!

Guys if you're foreigner and about to travelling to Aus , these provider is a best choice, if you found any difficulties to sign up and activated you can contact the whatsapp , the staff will help ya. But need patient ok, so register it a month to a week before ur departure. And u only can complete the activation once you pass thw immigration in Aus. Good luck!Oh and it was gimme unlimited local call, really helpful for me to give a call to anyone during my trips (like attraction, hotel, restaurant booking and so on)

The worst customer service

I tried to sign up, but ran into an issue. The only option for support is through a bot that just gives you multiple-choice questions. I couldn’t even reach a real person. It seemed like a good deal at first, but now I think I might have dodged a bullet by not being able to sign up. If I had -100 rights I would have given it and they took my money upfront. The robot says my money will be refunded I hope it is.

Good quality plans. Good prices and lovely service. Good network coverage although, a little slow nothing I can’t handle.

I hate them

I hate them. You can't join without cr card. Then they automatically charge you again. I don't want to renew another month. You try and ring no one. Only option is to chat with a robot. Multiple choice. Not even what you want to write. Hate them. Avoid the headache. Keep far from them.

Worst customer service, there is none.

Under no circumstances sign with this company. When you have an issue their service doesn't exist. I purchased a basic plan including international roaming, which didn't work from day one. I have tried contacting the help line which only operates from 7am to 6pm Sydney time so if you need assistance you can't get any. I would say they are as close to a scam company as you can get. Probably the worst customer service that l have ever come across. Like other reviewers here my international roaming has never worked, but l needed it urgently due to a death in the family they just hide behind the chat bot and you get zero assistance. Stay well away.

If I could leave -10 stars I would. Worst customer service or lack there of. So frustrating. The service did not work overseas. And customer service is only via a chat bot from 8am - 7pm Sydney time. So you have stay up to early hours (European time) to chat to anyone... IF you actually get a human to chat to.
