Ordered from this company — big mistake!The tracking information for my order was not updated for weeks. After a month of waiting, I opened a PayPal dispute. Suddenly, the tracking was updated to say “delivered” — on a Sunday at 6:45 a.m.! PayPal initially ruled in the seller’s favour based on this fake tracking update. When I checked the supposed delivery company (ZDY) using the provided tracking number, it showed as invalid on their own website. I filed a formal complaint with PayPal, and after reviewing the evidence, they overturned their decision and issued me a full refund. ⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their tracking and delivery claims are deceptive.
I ordered a Christmas tree and it says it was delivered on the 8th at 430am. Yes 430am. Thats ridiculous because I live in the very rural country and noone delivers at 430am. I have sent 5 emails asking about my shipment and to this date I have not gotten one response.
Like others, I have been bamboozled by Lily at Ferlagimo. I never received my portable tv. The tracking information had typos and misinformation. Then received a message that it was delivered and it was not. In fact, the tracking information gave me a confirmation that it was delivered the next day. I put in a dispute, kept requesting my refund and "Lily" keeps writing back saying it was delivered, then delivered to wrong house, then it is going back to out to my house. Total scam. Do not order from them.
I ordered two of those portable touch screen TV monitor costing 135.00 It took more than a month and says it was delivered. None was received. We even checked our cameras and no one came to deliver on the said date and time. I tried to contact them with no luck aside from the original China Post. Unfortunately It shows there is a scam going on here. Badly, TIKTOK allows these company to advertise and use their platform. TIKTOK should be made responsible for these things, too. BEWARE OF THIS FERLAGIMO COMPANY.
I ordered a 46" and they said it had been delivered but no sign of it so I have been back and forward through email trying to get my money back they keep saying withdraw my complaint as I have, but still waiting ordered in Sept and still fighting for my money back
