Ferlagimo is fraud! Do not purchase from them

I ordered a monitor from this company off of the TicTok shop. Never received the item after tracking. It showed as delivered. I reached out a couple of times and received one response telling me not to worry. Now they are no longer responding.This company is a scam and I will be reporting to my credit card.

Goods are never received..

Goods are never received however they produce false delivery records to stall refunds, always pay through Paypal and raise a case in the resolution centre to get your refunds. They will have to pay a fee for their service failure, only way to get money back is to claim

Scammers

I ordered from this company over a month ago. I didn't receive any confirmation, when I emailed them I was told item had been posted. I was told it was enroute. After 4 weeks I noticed an email saying it had been delivered . I emailed and was told it was lost in transit. I asked for a refund and was told I could get 50% back or wait for the replacement. I'm now told it will be with me within the week

It’s a scam no tracking for order.

I haven’t gotten my order and I’m not very happy. I would like a refund for the order I have paid for on TikTok. I purchased a 4k touch screen tv 32inch pink color. I paid $52.99 for it. I am disgusted with the company Ferlagimio.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. You won't receive your delivery... as there is nothing to receive!You will get tracking information which is updated... but it is faked to make it seem legit.You can email and complain, and you will get a response from 'Lily', but you will just be told it has been delivered.The company is called 'Ferlagimo' but the the emails come from 'Ferilagimo'.It doesn't matter what you email to 'Lily', you will just get responses from her saying it has been delivered.UPDATE:Their website is now down. Hopefully for good.
