Giving 1 star isn't right...I want to give zero stars. I ordered a cat tree in September and never received it but obviously this is because it was never sent to me. The tracking number showed delivered. I emailed them and I received an email back saying "this was delivered". It is such a shame that people can be so dishonest!
The goods I ordered never arrived. I then had 2 weeks of dealing with a very rude "customer care" operative called Lily who intimated I was a thief and a liar several times before eventually admitting their courier had " lost" the package. I still have no goods and no refund. They claim to have resent it but seem unable to produce an order number or tracking details. Steer clear of this company who sell Dog Stairs/ladders on Facebook.
Worst kind of scammers order hawe been delivered but dont stand where when you ask them they reply with their invesrigators are looking at the problem.. people dont buy anything from this website!!!!!! You wont get your orderI'm very sorry for causing you a bad shopping experience. The staff of the Courier company reported that the Courier lost the package during delivery. I never received anything. Tracking says it was delivered to somewhere not even in my country! Filed a complaint with Paypal and they denied my claim! Said they were provided with tracking info that says my order was delivered. When I go to the Ferlagimo website the store is no longer there and neither is the tracking info. It's all bogus and PayPal was no help so I closed my account with them. The emails back and forth with Ferlagimo are ridiculous. They accuse me of lying about not receiving my order and try to pressure me into letting them place the order again. When I demand a refund they refuse unless I withdraw my complaint. Beware of this predatory company. They are not legit and you'll get zero help from Paypal.
DisappointedI placed an order with Ferlagimo on September 8 for a portable touch screen as a birthday gift for my daughter. After weeks of waiting, I emailed Lily multiple times, and she kept assuring me the tracking was delayed because of a “busy season.”Today, I checked the tracking again and it shows the item was supposedly delivered on October 12 — but I never received anything at my address. No package, no delivery notice, nothing.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I paid for a product I never got, and all I received were excuses. I would not recommend ordering from this seller.
