I ordered a portable tv and it says that it has been delivered, but I never received it. This seems to be a trend with this company. I will be reporting this to the BBB. You should not be taking advantage of the people that are trying to support your business, very disappointing.
I ORDERED 2 OF THE CHRISTMAS TREES. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THEM. YOU CAN ONLY COMMUNICATE THROUGH EMAIL. I'M TOLD THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED AND EVEN GOT A SIGNATURE. WHEN ASKED FOR A COPY OF SIGNATURE, I HAVEN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE.
This is absolutely a scam and they know it I took a chance just to see if I would get lucky ordered something took over a month before I even heard from them then they say it was delivered told them I have cameras all around never heard nothing back from them glad I only spent $45
I ordered a monitor. After nearly a month the tracking advised that delivery was for Sunday, then Monday then Tuesday. I read up on the company and it advised to be careful as they were a scam company. I rang Paypal and advised them and requested a refund. I advised paypal that as soon as they start asking questions about my item the item would be marked as delivered. One hour after paypal inquiring about my item it was updated to delivered . How embarrising for the company.
Total Scam - I purchased this item. Said it was delivered and never delivered. I filed a complaint with Paypal and they immediately offered a 50% refund but I declined. I showed Paypal video proof that nothing was in my mailbox and interviewed the USPS employee that she said no box was delivered. This website is a total scam.
