For those reading this, it is a scam company! They will do everything to keep your money. Thankfully, I got a refund from the payment service. Always keep screenshots of your communication with these scammers, especially the fake tracking. Inform the payment service about their pattern of marking items as delivered. You won't receive anything from them; just remember that you've been scammed. Keep documenting the false tracking. Good luck, but don't lose hope.
I wish I could rate them -0. I never received anything, even though it stated delivered. The tracking number leads to a delivery service, but I can't contact them. I've asked for the delivery company's name multiple times, but never get a response, likely because it never existed. I plan to report them to the appropriate authorities.
I had to give a rating of 1 because there isn't an option for 0. I ordered through a popular platform, but the product never arrived, despite receiving a delivery confirmation. When I contacted the service, they only responded by saying the courier had marked it as delivered, which is not true, and now they seem to have vanished.
I raised a dispute with paypal advising that i had not received goods. Ferlagimo sent paypal a scam tracking number which paypal accepted and has closed my claim without appeal even though i submitted evidence I did not recieve the goods. Well they picked the right person to play with. I have reported paypal and the company of fraud and working together. I will not stop until i get my refund. Paypal is there to protect the consumer thry shoul do just that, they should have been reported ages ago.
If I could give them zero stars, I would! Ordered a moveable monitor on October 6th & was provided with fake tracking info. Filed a dispute with PayPal & immediately they marked my package as “out for delivery”. They claim package delivered 11/7 but it has not arrived. They have a customer service person named “Lily” who will claim to check into your order status but doesn’t respond further. They will also respond to PayPal claiming they’ve delivered your item & they haven’t. Still waiting on my PayPal resolution but this company is a SCAM!!!
