I never received my order

I never received my order. The day tracking said it was delivered, it showed that they only used the partial address. I opened a case with PayPal with screenshots of the wrong address. PayPal ruled in their favor anyway. The day PayPal made the decision, China Post tracking shows both addresses. I'm not sure how they did that, but I feel that PayPal is aiding in the scam.

If I can rate "0: I would. Ordered TV stand and it said it was delivered, I call it BULLSHYT! NEVER RECEIVED IT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! ITA A SCAM. REPORTING THIS ALL THE WAY. HAVENT RESPONDED BACK TO MY VARIOUS COMPLAINT EMAILS. SCAMMERS!!! I JUST WANT MY $$ BACK.

Scam do not buy

ScamI purchased via PayPal on 4th Oct25 PayPal marked as delivered on 8th Nov25 but I did not receive my items. Contacted PayPal and they favored with the seller as it was marked delivered, when in fact I did not receive any items. No refund no items this is a scam. Do not buy from them, better of paying more and getting a delivery from Amazon.I have checked my ring doorbell and did not receive any delivery on date stated. My Amazon delivery arrived the same day and I received that one but no delivery from China post.DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS SCAMMER COMPANY!

Do not buy from Ferilagimo

I ordered a 24” portable television on October 4th 2025 waited 3 weeks no info when I checked their tracking on China Post it stated delivery on November 7th 2025 which is a lie nothing was delivered to my home on that date and confirmed by my doorbell camera. I got scammed!!! Up to today nothing and when I contacted the seller via email they keep replying product delivered

Saw the ad on TikTok and went to order. I waited a month for the portable tv and they lied and said it was arrived when I was home all day. I’m happy I paid through PayPal. Please do not order from this scam of a company.
