I’m going to Report you guys to the police and scam I’ve been waiting for over a month for this Christmas tree I contact customer service to ask about the updates they tell me don’t worry it’s on its way apparently they delivered it to the wrong address when my address is clearly correct on the label I need a refund never order from these people they’re scam they’re a fraud I’m gonna report them to the police and I’m going to their corporate They are thieves never ever buy from these people ever again I just wanted to give everybody an update about this company I just recently got my refund I bought a tree I had to fight 3 months for my $55 refund the company was threatening me to hold my money if I didn't take down my complaint guess what I'm letting everybody know these people are scammers and they are fraud call your bank dispute the charge get your money back do not buy from these people ever again take my word for it your stuff will never show they will never respond to you correctly take my word for people be careful out there.
LIARS & ILLEGAL FERLAGIMODO NOT BUY FROM FERLAGIMO. This company is a sham. I purchased 2 items from them in August. Never received these. Contacted the courier company and they said that the packages were returned to the seller because they were damaged/badly packed. "Lily" at Ferlagimo confirmed this and on 3 October, said they would redeliver the items. They never did, so I asked for a refund due to the delay. They have refused to give a full refund and keep offering 50% refund for a non-delivery. I did not accept this and asked for a full refund, they said yes.... but nothing came. They also lied to PayPal saying that the matter has been resolved. It HAS NOT.This is a joke and it is against the Consumer Act. I bought these items through their TikTok videos. I will also post this review in TikTok. It is not right that companies can take money from us and provide all this waffle and lies. They are scammers and liars. Do not buy from them.
They collect your money after about 3 weeks They let you know the items have been delivered. This are scammers.do not make any purchases here.please be worn and don't fall a victim as I did
I wish I would have did the research before I purchased anything. I thought going through a third party like PayPal, I would have some backing. NOT!!, Even after I finally got Ferlagimo to admitt the package was so called lost. Paypal still sided with the scammers even after I forward them proof. I would say don't use PayPal as well.
I never received my order. I reached out to the company and they refused to discuss a refund or resend the item. They claimed the item was delivered (they would not verify the address it was delivered to) and signed for (they would not show proof of signature recevied). They also did a poor job following up with me. If I didn't reach out, I didn't hear from them. I feel bamboozled and pissed they stole my money.
This is a fake website. I orderd 2 christmas presents from hear via @tictok shop. These two kids used there own money to buy these items one has autism the other has ADHD so they rely on technology...however they choose these items themselves and after 40 days and the tracking telling us its been from China to denver bk to China then to the UK. They had the cheek to ask if we could check our neighbours. Yeah out house is a detached house on its own grounds the neatest neighbours are half a mile away in a different post code so after sending email after it saying it was delivered I checked our cameras. Nothing nit even a car or van came anywhere near us!!!!! I asked for the items a refund and £1000 compsation as they have let two disabled children down how low can ppl be??? And do they care. Like hell I just get excuses and no answers. So. What I want to know is what did these kids do to these scammers. LEEP WELL AWAY. Tic tok should know better
