Total scam. I ordered an Android monitor in August. They gave me tracking numbers, updates every other day until the day that the tracking number said it had arrived, and it didn't. Lily, the chief scammer, said she would get in touch with the delivery company, and a few days later, she said that they lost the order and would resend a new one to me, which was already in transit. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews beforehand. I kept in touch to see how long they would take the scam forward and contacted the bank at the same time, which provided an immediate refund. Lily kept saying that a new order was sent until today, when she realized that the bank disputed the order and got the money back. Her last email message was "I have found out that the money has been refunded to you. Our transaction is over."
Keep well away from this company, I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering the item. Ordered the item, tracking info was abysmal. According to the tracking it was delivered to me after about 2 months waiting. The item was not delivered to me, when I persued this with Ferlagimo they said it had i and they thought I was try to pull a fast one. I kept chasing it up, until they said the delivery company has said it had been lost in the post,by them. Now they are refusing a refund as it was the delivery company who lost the item. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.WHOEVER LEAVES A GOOD REVIEW ABOUT THIS COMPANY MUST BE WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY OR FAMILY MEMBERS OF THIS COMPANY.
Stay away! Both of this sites is Scam! I order from site Cassionk.com and money get pay to Ferlagimo! When i get thank you for order i dident get tracking number. I mail them 4-5 times and get anwer with link to a fake tracking. (Tracking 718) Tracking say that its delevered. BUT of course this is not they case! I hope paypal help me to get my money back.
I am lucky I came across the Trustpilot reviews after waiting almost four weeks with no delivery in sight. Even when I order from Temu or Shein, it never takes this long. That delay made me worry, so I searched the company on Google and found plenty of negative reviews and scam reports.After seeing all that, I filed a chargeback through PayPal right away, and within ten minutes my money was refunded.
Shut this website down asap. All of these people are getting scammed and myself included. I ordered an infinity game table for my nephew that took over a month to finally say delivered(supposedly it went through customs etc.) and it never arrived. No one writes back from customer service. It’s a fat scam. Ferlagimo you should be ashamed of yourself. I will warn my friends and family to never buy from you.
