I had my great-great-grandmother's pearl necklace re-strung, and the result was wonderful. Seeing it restored to like-new condition brought tears to my eyes. The representative crafted a safety chain from scratch, allowing me to pass it down to my granddaughter.
The two staff members who assisted my friend and me were incredibly kind! They replaced a battery in a watch, repaired a necklace, and helped us pick out some Christmas gifts. We felt like we were the only customers in a bustling store. I highly recommend the service quality and the jewelry's standards at reasonable prices to everyone!
