Purchased a diamond sapphire cluster ring that is now 18 months old and has needed repairs twice, costing £45 due to normal wear and tear. After getting the ring back, it still snagged my wife's clothing. I reached out to customer service but received vague responses. I referenced my statutory rights regarding the ring's quality and suitability but requested a refund to no avail, leading me to pursue small claims. I've learned that their rings are often manufactured in China or other Asian countries using a casting method that is subpar for jewelry. This company reminds me of poorly made products; I would advise others to avoid them.
