Bought earrings 2/11/25 that broke within 4 days. Took them back at day 6 and was told I could not have a replacement nor a refund, despite advising them of my statutory right for this within 30 days of purchase.They insisted on sending them off to head office, to check I hadn’t broken accidentally. I wrote to customer services and stated I wanted a refund and not a repair. They said they would refund me if there was shown to be a defect. They admitted they was a defective but are now refusing to refund me and wanting me to accept a repair instead.I had been to 3 other jewellers who would have all replaced them straight away after such a short space of time.Do not buy from them.
