We found what we were looking for very quickly (eternity ring ) it was exactly what we were looking for and was a reasonable price, we were assited by Alan who was a great help and very knowledgable, we also took advantage of the Black Friday offer and bought a matching a pair of earings.
Ordered a necklace online and received an email the next day to say it was ready for collection. Went in to collect it and the staff were expecting me and soon got me the necklace. Whilst there I saw another necklace that I thought my wife would like so I bought it and was pleasantly surprised when the lady serving me said it was half price because they had an offer on. Good customer service as always from the staff in the Tonbridge branch.
We went to this shop because it said they can fix jewellery. So we took my damaged necklace to them to have a look and it wasn't what we expected. The person who served us she was rude and did not know what she was talking about! She didn't even look at it properly and straight away said we don't fix dress jewellery! We did not like her attitude not helpful. Another person came over and said it can be fixed but it would break again. So we was put off and walked out. Rubbish shop with staff who don't know what they are talking about.
