After upgrading to Filmora 13, I discovered hidden subscription fees for creative assets, deceptively added during the payment process.Moreover, the software now demands constant online access, rendering it useless offline. This crucial information was conveniently omitted during purchase, making the software impractical for those requiring offline functionality.despite purchasing Filmora 13 with a perpetuo plan, faced an unexpected charge for Filmstock due to unclear purchasing terms. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with automated responses, highlighting the lack of human interaction and understanding from Filmora's side.In another instance, i misled into an unexpected subscription fee for effects and plugins, significantly inflating the overall cost. While the customer service team promptly addressed the refund for the 'renewal' subscription, the underlying problem remains: Filmora's unclear and deceptive payment structure. y experience with Filmora 13 has been marked by hidden fees, impractical online demands, and unhelpful customer service. Consider alternative software options that offer transparency and reliability, as Filmora 13 proves to be a disastrous investment.
Resubmitting this as i am now ready to supply my details when asked.Account support and charging is badImpossible to find how to get proper support regarding the fact that i have been overcharged for my perpetual licence and that logged in but being told i need to purchase the service. i have resorted to this review as what seems my best chance of getting this resolved with a human. I have at least found how to suspend the monthly payments for add ons that i don't want. The online support systems lead to dead ends where you are able to type your issue but not able to send it.
I love Wondershare Flimora because to me, it’s really user friendly and that’s what I use to edit my video but I just have 1 little pricing problem, so the permanent package is 80 dollars but the yearly is 50? Make the yearly price cheaper and then I’ll pump this back up to a 5 star, but other than that, pretty easy to learn editing software! Recommended! ✅
i recently upgraded to filmora 13. In the bill they added a subscription of creative assets which seemed unnoticable during payment .This is SCAMMING. Also im unable to use FILMORA when im offline. It keeps asking to login. What is the point of purchasing a software if i cant use it offline ?? guess I will discontinue using this one. i have attached the purchase document.
great product. terrible customer service. I purchase a perpetual license for their recovery software in 2017. the software stopped working, and apparently they updated the product, and then no longer offer support for the one before. they told me there is not update program for previous owners and said i had to repurchase the product at full price. THEN HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE POLICY FOR PREVIOUS PATRONS OF THE APP. I would have gladly payed for an update, but not full price for essentially the same product i was using before. lost a customer.

A well designer software that is easy to navigate and you don’t need to watch countless you tube videos to understand all the features. Great selection also of free music, although I wish they included a classical category. All in all brilliant program
The actual product works well what is not as clear are the payments to be made. I bought what I thought was a years subscription for Filmora through Wondershare. Within days a second payment was taken from account my for a "renewal" payment. This payment actually turns out to be a subscription fee for effects and plugins. If you miss the email that says this payment is due you may find it confusing at best but also past their refund policy timing. This adds 50% to the cost within additional "renewa"l at their whim. Most unsatisfactory.The Customer service team have been quick to reply and have refunded the amount paid for the 'renewal' subscription to Effects + They state that they have sent the concerns that I expressed regarding purchases by default, to the relevant departments. I have only sought transparency and clarity that would serve a good software program and customers appropriately.
