Cercavo un tool per una funzione in particolare, mi hanno suggerito Filmora ed effettivamente è ci che cercavo. Abbastanza intuitivo, forse migliorerei alcuni dettagli, ma tutto sommato, per l'utilizzo che ne faccio, per me è perfetto. A pochi giorni dall'acquisto ho avuto un problema a causa di un bug, l'assistenza è stata molto paziente, professionale e soprattutto costante: all'inizio li ho contattati via chat dove con molta pazienza ho spiegato e fatto tutto ciò che mi hanno consigliato. Poi, via mail, ci sono stati sempre continui aggiornamenti, fino alla risoluzione. L'assistenza è molto presente, e già vale solo questo per dare 5 stelle tutte meritate. I was looking for a tool for a specific function for my videos, and someone suggested Filmora, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. It's pretty intuitive, though I might improve a few details, but overall, for my use, it's perfect. A few days after purchasing, I encountered an issue due to a bug. The support team was incredibly patient, professional, and, most importantly, consistent. Initially, I contacted them through chat, where I patiently explained and followed all their advice. Then, through email, there were constant updates until the issue was resolved. The support is very responsive, and that alone deserves a solid 5-star rating.
I paid £233.58 for a Filmora Virbo Yearly Plan in October 2023.The programme has suddenly converted back to a free user status, allowing me free usage of 2 minutes and placing a watermark over everything. Even though I am signed in.I contacted Filmora customer services, and as usual got the same rubbish service.Waited 5 minutes and was told Vimar had joined the chat, he said he said not to worry and that he was here to help.And that was that, 30 minutes waiting, no response, I kept messaging, but got completely ignored.Filmora customer services are one of the worst I have ever encountered, Its the same rubbish time after time.I am going to do a chargeback.
Wondershare Filmora is a user-friendly app, having very intuitive features and functionality, with advanced tools at the same time. Earlier, I used another video editing software which had issues like huge file size after rendering, complex controls and lack of technical help. I am glad that I witched to Filmora. Thank you!
Filmora 13 crashes so often that my hard drive almost filled up with the "backups" it automatically creates! I had to look pretty hard to even find where they were stored to delete them. Don't buy it!!! They would not give me a refund. Oh and my laptop has plenty of resources, that's not the issue. I run Adobe Photoshop on it all of the time with no issues.
Was very disappointed. I called asking if I could transfer my mac license to windows. Of course it couldn’t because, reasons I guess.Instead I was promised a significant discount on the purchase of a windows license. I was told to buy it, contact you guys and I’ll get that discount. I bought it contacted wondershare didn’t get that discount.Ended up getting a refund for the purchase instead. It was wrong to promise something then not come across.
