I have been a fan of Wondershare/Filmora since I first purchased Version 8.5.3 years ago. Recently I was forced to purchase a new desktop computer because of a crash of my old computer. The software transfer of applications to the new computer necessitated I upgrade to Filmora version 12. Consequently I could not access projects I had in progress under my old Filmora version because of formatting differences in Filmora 12. I contacted Wondershare/Filmora Customer Support to seek their help in resolving my issue. They responded quickly to the problem by providing me with a link to an older version of Filmora which would accommodate the format difference from Filmora 12. Problem solved! I am grateful to Wondershare/Filmora for their quick response and assistance in the resolution of of my problem and I will continue to use their fine prodcts.
I am a middle of the road guy. I have trained on iMovie and more complicated programs. This is the nuclear bomb for the Monday night editor. It is intuitive, very easy, and very fast. I am so happy with it, I can't describe it. Of all things I use on my computer, this has to be the best perfected. Congrats to the team. Keep up the great work.
Filmora is fine in my book and getting better all the time. My only dislike id that when there is a update Filmora goes into a not connecting mode or runs slower than the day before for a day or two. I spent a half day on a 2 minute video because of it.
I have v11 lifetime license. I downloaded version 12 from a pop up window, but didn't notice that it's NOT a free upgrade. Created a project in v12 but was not able to export it without the watermark (was asked to pay to upgrade to v12), and was not able to open my project in v11 either. Thought that my time and effort were wasted. Decided to try to contact customer support and they surprisingly stepped in my shoes. They customized my inquiry and gave me 3 days of access to v12 to be able to finish my project and not pay extra for the upgrade. Really grateful for settling my issue, as it would be taking so much time to start my project from scratch again. Great customer service!
