This rating is for the Support Team. I had too many emails back and forth with no one really reading my comments or understanding the underlying issue why I could not my valid registration to be recognized post rebuild on a new computer. After several days of back and forth emails I finally found a support phone # to call and that was MUCH better for them to understand my issue and to resolve it in a day. Email support would get 1 star from me. The phone support would get 5 stars so the blended rating is 3 stars.
I am on their Pro's version for a few years now. Using it mostly for making yoga videos for my online channel. The app is absolutely user friendly for all platforms, doesn't take up my uch DRAM/cache, fluid to use and abundance of options. (I have used it ok iMac, Android and PC laptop). This review though, is about customer service. The email account I have used to sign in to Filmora has been hacked, and couldn't find any solution since the brilliant Microsoft is using robots as CS and not giving alternative to solutions so I had to ditch it for good. I contacted a CS at Wondershare via it's Live Chat, with a few simple questions to verify and all was solved within minutes. Professional, friendly, and efficient all in. I believe some companies these days relying on AI too much and have forgotten about how important it is to have real person to be able to provide flexible and connectable services that make customers feel that the money they have spent is worthed.So kudos to Filmora team, taking care of all aspects and making users experience great.
