Filmora is very easy to use and really helps me to edit videos according to what I want and produce videos that are very satisfying, I've been using Filmora lifetime licenses for 3 years, that is, since Filmora was still version 9 and now it's version 12 and it always satisfies me when using Filmora .

I subscribed Wondershare Filmora lifetime license since 2019. I'm an amateur video editor and I use the editing software for hobby. The software is user friendly, simple to use but powerful. There are a lot of free online tutorials to introduce the many features of Filmora. Another good point about the software is the company keeps improving the software with latest updates and all upgrade has been free for lifetime license users. Keep up the great job!!!

Filmora is much easier to use and much faster on my MacBook Pro 2018 than the "big box" competitor. For the speed alone, I give it five stars, although the global media, favorites and keyframing all make it sincerely worth it. AND, when I had to contact support team about an issue I had with an update, they were back at me in no time at all – AND provided a speedy solution.

Wholesome. Easy & smooth to use, has many options, beautiful interface (not complicated or stress-inducing interface (unlike some other video editing platforms/apps)), also the support team is helpful and friendly. In addition to this, the quality of the exports are always outstanding, and one can really achieve anything creative in mind. Windowshare filmora is definitely up to expectations and is outstanding. Filmora do better

Although I like the software the customers service is the worst ,maybe the worst Ive experience. Not being able to talk to a agent is crucial when your using this software for professional reason so i suggest not. I have been using filmora on and off for three years. I recently did a request software update and after my subscription was invalid. Been back in forth with agents through email and chat for a week now, and nothing to tell client who are waiting for footage, its pretty unprofessional,I dont like companies who make millions of dollars but dont have things in place for the most simplistic issues, you have to do so much when if I was talk to an actual person they would be able to verify who I and fix the issue there, but a week 2 days and still waiting is most ridiculous I have better turn around times with free apps..

Great app, just few things that could be improved

This app contains all the important things I need for my everyday video editing - at a low price. I would like some small improvements, e.g. the timeline as a pop-out. With more than three tracks, it becomes confusing when you have to keep scrolling. But overall a very good program. The support is fast, friendly and good.

Downloaded mac version app for my mac

Downloaded mac version app for my mac. Problems began recognizing purchase. On hold with chat for 20 minutes even though was in cue to be next. Waited another day. Purchase finally worked. Wanted to join 3 similar clips on timeline so I could color correct and size them together. No such tool to be found! Then received charge atop the $79.99 of $20 to access such a simple tool. Tried to contact through chat. On hold again for 20 minutes even though 1st in queue. Waited another day. Will try to reach wondrrshare again to remit entire program. My advice, forget this app if you want to make video, amateur or professional, and get Final Cut Pro.
