Wondershare Tech Support?

We all know how great the Wondershare Filmora product is. It is feature rich, easy to use and allows, even people like me to create some amazing videos. But how would it be to call technical support for a real software issue?Here's what I learned: After installing the latest release, my headphones started buzzing during video playback. I called the phone number listed on the website to report the problem. After a very short wait, I had a real person on the line. We discussed the problem and he recommended that I reinstall the release. I balked.After a bit of give and take I gave him a chance, thinking it was a waste of time. NOT THE CASE. The re-install solved the problem and saved a ton of time.

I purchased a lifetime license

I purchased a lifetime license, but if I update any more, a watermark appears, so I have to purchase the license again, and I was disappointed that there was no sound effects to use in the video.

I can only praise Wondershare Filmora. I've been using it for a long time, I love it. You can easily create beautiful things. The members of the customer service are very nice, they respond to all requests immediately and help in everything. A dynamic team full of brilliant ideas. I definitely recommend it!

upgrade problems solved

i had some problems with the upgrade to version 12. so i sent a quick email, within 10 minutes i got an email back with the link to see if it worked. and yes, the link worked great, i could install the program right away. really top service and fast good quality.Another plus, just asking if there is anything else Wondershare could do... it seems like a simple question but means so much.Keep up the good work!!!

I absolutely love this app

I absolutely love this app. It has so many features that I haven't even touched yet but it's editing capabilities totally meet my expectations. I have sent feedback on suggesting improvements and the developers definitely listen to their customers and incorporate the suggestions when a new version is released.
