Da qualche anno ho Filmora, e mi è capitato di dover contattare l'assistenza per delle piccole lacune incontrate durante l'uso del programma. Il servizio è stato sempre eccezionale, risolutivo, veloce e cordiale.Uno staff al TOP che con professionalità ha risposto a tutti i miei quesiti. I had a very old version of Filmora that I hadn't used for years and could not reactivate.I contacted Wondershare just hoping to get my old software working.They actually gave me an upgrade free of charge and even helped me activate the new version.Many thanks for the excellent and patient service
I had not used filmora for years due to COVID.When I decided to restart producing videos for my social media I was still on filmora 8.I saw on social media that it was now up to version 12.I read some reviews how filmora were now making people subscribe even though they had lifetime licences.I contacted customer service as my account always said user name and password incorrect, probably 8hrs later I had a link in my email and when I clicked on that link and restarted my laptop filmora 12 had been installed.Absolutely fantastic support and the new features are brilliant.There's also so much free to download videos,elements,titles and so much more it's got me back into getting out there with my cameras and taking videos and pictures.Thank you wonder share.
Filmora does not honor there Individual Lifetime Memberships. I purchased Filmora when version 11 was released and I purchased the Lifetime plan on December 26, 2021. Now, 14 months after buying my Lifetime plan they are telling me that I have to pay because version 12 has been released. This is such a scam. We should all get together and enter a class action lawsuit against this unscrupulous company.If they do not plan on honoring lifetime memberships then they should not sell them.
A year I purchased filmora to did a eulogy video. Haven’t used it since.Last week I was notified I’d been charged for renewal. No prior notification was provided indicating renewal was upcoming. So far they’re telling me no refund available. I’ll update this is anything changes.2/13/23; they’ve refunded my money. Certainly appreciate the quick service, and if for any reason I ever need editing software again, I’ll use them.
Filmora was the closest thing to Microsoft Windows Movie Maker that I could find. For years, I had used MWMM to create slideshows for various projects. Now I have Filmora! I ordered the perpetual subscription but, whatever plan you order, be sure to uncheck the box that offers you a free 7-day trial of anything else or they will auto-bill your cc!
Wondershare filmora is making everyone pay for Filmora 12 although many of us bought a lifetime license for previous Filmora version but now now is worthless. Nobody would have paid extra for a lifetime if we knew it would not be honored
