Filmora is really easy to use, very friendly and does in fact what is is supposed and "promised" to do. Many features useful for quick work but also for deeply stirring creativity. Moreover one can adjust the software to one's needs and personalise its use, as Filmora is very flexible
As a beginner of video editing, I have found Filmora to be a very good tool. It comes with all the features I need to produce videos for my church. In fact, there are so much tools and features, I expect I'll never be able to use them all.Customer service is good once you get to the right person.
I love using Filmora and I've been using it since Filmora9. I was a bit disappointed when my access to features was suddenly blocked behind a pay wall even though I had paid for a lifetime license. Thankfully though, Wondershare listens to their customers and were willing to refund those in the same and similar situations as me. Talking to customer service representatives was very easy and I knew that I was talking to real people along the way. I was able to get my refund, and continue to use this product. Great product, a bit of a bump in my experience for a bit but they resolved my problem entirely.
Stellar customer support. I was surprised and impressed how prompt and accurately the person I contacted took care of my questions. That and the fact that this software has more power than I'll ever need makes it a sure recommendation. Thank you!
users bought a lifetime license and had their site say we can get a free upgrade but immediately changed it once they did not honor it and lied and the worst part is they tried covering it up in order to avoid backlash and losing potential buyers! - this also include them trying to silence us in any way just to erase something that can't erase!
I had a lifetime license and they're refusing to honor it. They're also doing some shady business practices, including attempting to silence YouTubers who speak out against Filmora cheating people out of money.This entire company is a shady money scam. There are plenty of free products out there that let you do more anyway. (shotcut for example)Don't give these thieves a penny.
Wondershare tricked me into upgrading my Filmora software with a lifetime license. Now I can't use it anymore without paying for the new version!These are the most dishonest bunch of thieves I've EVER come across.MOVING MY ENTIRE SOFTWARE STACK AWAY FROM WONDERSHARE FROM NOW ON.
All posibilities to verify and to pimp my videos. I am still at the beginning but I am motivated to find solutions within Filmora. What I am looking for is:Include transparent videos, text, and gifs to a base video. What I mean in example. Running my video and seeing it in full case. But I want i.e. letting a fly from right to left, transparent to my primary video. Seeing all of me video but also seeing the fly flying (overlaying) for a short time in my video. But I must say, Wondershare filmora is very powerful!!! Cheers Georg
