I have been dealing with their customer service team exclusively. It concerns refund of softwares that I purchased from Wondershare. It took a long while but finally the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The customer service members were diligent and reponded to my request. The company's refund policy does not apply in my situation and the team members were willing to listen to my explanation. They went to "bat for me" and finally succeeded to convince management to give me a full refund. All customer service team members went beyond their duty to analyze my situation carefully and accepted my explanation. Instead of siding with the company, they were fair and polite dealing with my situation to help resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. Kudos to the customer service team.
I've been using Filmora since the Filmora 8 version. Anytime I've had a question or an issue, a simple email to headquarters solved my problem. The team is quick to respond and always very helpful. One time they even called to make sure all is well.
