I've been a Firefish customer for 10 years. Scott Sorbie and the support team are a great bunch. Always willing to listen and help, and always remain calm under fire. There isn't any CRM system that covers all requirements; however, the Firefish team are constantly listening and trying to improve the CRM.I highly recommend giving Firefish a swim around.

The WORST CRM system I used to date!! Very basic, way behind the innovation. If you are looking for a cheap solution that actually slow down your work and doesn’t add value - this is the system for you. My lawyers are currently looking at terminating my contract with them. GET ME OUT of Firefish!!!!
