We have recently started using Firefish as our CRM system at Top Tier Recruitment and it’s already made a huge difference to how we work.From the start, Greg has been fantastic, guiding us through the setup and making sure we understood every step. The whole process has felt smooth and supported.It’s completely changed the way we do business: making things quicker and clearer for us, and so much easier for our clients and candidates too. We are really pleased we made the move and excited to see what else we can do now we have got Firefish on board.
I have been working with Firefish for 4 years and have always found the team to be friendly and helpful. Scott has recently been helping us with a data cleansing project and he has been on hand throughout the project to support us. He took his time to really understand our objectives and requirements at the outset and ensure the project was successfully delivered.

I have been with FireFish for 3 years. They are a great company with knowledgeable and helpful staff who come from recruitment agency backgrounds and understand what you need. They are constantly innovating and adding new features to the ATS.The catch-up review I just had with Scott on Friday, the 14th, helps a great deal. He's a good lad and knows his stuff.I highly recommend them after spending 24 years in recruitment.
Firefish is, without a doubt, the best database I have used. I have been with them 4 years now and the evolving database with new features at least quarterly has been fundamental in our growth. The support team are phenomenal, I use lots of software, and there isn't a support team who are as responsive and involved in our company as Firefish. They know most of our consultants by name and queries, issues and problems are dealt with so fast. As well as this, they support us to use features better or come up with ideas to help us utilise our data better.
A really helpful and time saving review. The new search feature is already saving me so much time, and means I can stay focused on the task, with less clicks. The extra info on the advert creation sounds great and I am going to get stuck into that now, but I can see that it will save me time. Thanks so much!
Been with Firefish over several years and recently migrated our new business over. Cannot fault the system and their service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they genuinely listen to customer feedback to constantly try and improve the system.
I have been using Firefish for around 2 years; I have been in recruitment for 17 years and without doubt is one of the easiest and most user friendly systems out there. In addition the support from the technical team (Scott, David and Callum) is outstanding and on the rare occasion that there are some technical issues they are able to resolve quickly. They are also proactive in setting up follow up meetings to explain all of the new features
If I could give a ZERO I would. 1 is very generous. Perhaps the worst piece of software I have ever used. If there were no CRMs/ATS' left I would still not use this. It's slow, clunky and looks nothing like the demo. Support is useless. Everything about this product is what's wrong with the SaaS world. Do not sign up to this, you will be disappointed.
Customer service team/support team are excellent - in fact everyone who I have interacted with at Firefish has been helpful and supportive, they always go out of their way to make sure I have the information I need. I have just upgraded and moved my website over to them as well as using the database. I would definitely recommend.
