We've been using Firefish for several years, and their customer support has consistently stood out. Huge shoutout to our amazing Account Manager Louise, and the Firefish Support Team—Katie, David, Aiden, and Scott—for being incredibly responsive ,polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.Their SLA response times are excellent, consistently meeting, or exceeding expectations, which gives us confidence when handling time-sensitive recruitment tasks. Issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to our workflow.We also appreciate that they listen to customer feedback and use it to continuously enhance the platform.Overall, Firefish is a reliable, responsive, and forward-thinking partner 😊

Please with our decision to switch to FireFish

We switched from Profile to FireFish about 2 years ago, and I am very happy with the decision. FireFish’s stronger search and coding features have made it much easier to surface candidates already in our database, so a higher share of our placements now comes from existing records rather than external CV sources. I also appreciate that FireFish is investing in artificial-intelligence tools that promise even faster shortlisting and better matching.There are still improvements I would like to see. The system does not let me filter searches by specific actions, such as the date of the last business-development call, the last candidate call, or the last interview, and adding these filters would save considerable time and make sales planning easier.Customer service is good, but I have had four different customer-success managers in two years, which makes it harder to build continuity. Technical support, on the other hand, is first class, with quick responses and same-day resolutions.

We have been using Firefish for around 6 years now and the continual functionality updates and upgrades are excellent, along with the ability to suggest new functionality and integrations, and the entire Firefish user community gets to vote on it for development.Special thanks go to Scott Sorbie, who keeps us personally updated and trained on new functions in a proactive way, and the IT support team in general for their helpfulness and cracking response times. Great product great team.

We've used Firefish for the last 5 years and they have been brilliant throughout - we wouldn't go anywhere else! The system is very user-friendly, and the continuous updates mean that they are always looking to improve the system for users. Even taking into consideration their thoughts and feedback. Above all is the level of support / customer service they offer. It's next level! You're not waiting days for a reply, and nothing is too small for them to assist with. Even on the very rare occasion when we had a difficult issue, Wendy jumped in personally to assist. I would recommend Firefish to any and all recruiters looking for software.
