Review Time
We purchased a Fisher & Pakel, french door fridge freezer around 7 years ago. We have had nothing but problems with it, leaking mainly, but ice box stopping working an a number of occasions. We have had to call out their engineer every year and sometimes more. We appealed to them several times to replace it whilst it was in warranty due to its constant problems but they refused. When the warranty ran out, they then told us there was nothing we could do except pay for an engineer. We are not prepared to do that as these problems have been known by them since we bought it. As a compromise, they offered us a discount on a new one if we bought it from their site, but when I looked, even with the discount, I found I could get exactly the same one on AO.com for £300 cheaper. When I pointed that out, they just ignored me. Now, we have a fridge that is leaking badly from beneath, as it has done since we bought it, and they will do nothing about it. I am appalled and would never shop with them again.
Bradley was very nice and polite. He was professional and answered my questions about the installation. Bradley was efficient in the time keeping and removed all the packaging and broken fridge door from the house. He was knowledgable and helpful.
