Rarely have issues with my Fisher Paykel appliances but when I do will only use there own technicians. Excellent company with top notch customer care

We have just had the most unbelievable service from this company after a disastrous repair that was done by our Home Care policy who left us with a refrigerator that was in worse shape than before they messed with it. We spoke to Dan Jackson less than 24 hours ago, and already their engineer Adam W has arrived and diagnosed, and repaired our appliance. An absolute pleasure to deal with this company.
The company was excellent in quickly accommodating me with a cancelled appointment a couple of days after I had booked 3 weeks away. Dean arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed my dishwasher and ensured it was working well. He talked me through how he identified the fault so I understood the procedure.
