After discovering a fault on our fridge- freezer, the engineer, Dean, explained the problem concisely and although the part required took some time to be shipped, it was fitted promptly and with no mess! The company were easy to deal with, regular updates on arrival times etc and staff efficient and courteous.

Brilliant service from Fisher & Paykel ! From start to finish. Lady in customer service was helpful & efficient. Only had to wait a few days for an appointment. Service engineer Adam W. was fabulous. Impeccable service, polite, friendly, fast and knew exactly what needed doing. He explained everything and did the needed repair there and then, which was a wonderful help. A tribute to his company.
