Fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic customer service…

Absolutely fantastic customer service from delivery and installation team steve and wayne & Fisher&Paykel. They advised me on route with some queries I had about installation and arrived promptly. They couldn’t have been more courteous, helpful & efficient to install & set up F/Freezer & help put back together & move my previous model which I am selling (to avoid landfill). Guys even mentioned I should have notified company it was my birthday as they would have provided a bottle fizz to put in my brand new F/F!!

Excellent service

From the moment I called the Fisher & Paykel customer support line, the service has been faultless and very efficient. Jiy, the engineer who arrived on site was very professional and resolved the issue within 15 mins. This is the best service I have received in a very long time!
