Great experience with Fisher & Paykel. Our fridge freezer had a leak. Customer services were extremely helpful and arranged for an engineer to come out same day. Adam Smith, the engineer was punctual and friendly. He quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it. Really pleased and would definitely recommend this brand due to the aftercare.
I’ve had my fridge freezer for almost 5 years, when unfortunately it developed a leak and filled the freezer compartment full of ice. I called F&P and luckily it was (just) still under warranty. Repair appointment was arranged quite quickly, and Jiy who came to fix it this morning was efficient, confident and informative about the repair. Seems to be back working normally again now.
The service engineer Dean, was very efficient, professional and friendly. As well as fixing the leaking problem in the fridge, he provided two new fixing clips for the fruit/vegetable compartment cover as well as changed the water filter. Another successful visit from Dean.
