Dean and Aaron arrived in the time frame and gave informative updates on arrival time beforehand. They were very friendly and identified the problem swiftly, and it was explained to us. Dean also showed how to remove door glass for cleaning before leaving. Everything was left as it was on arrival. Many thanks to you both.
