Excellent Service from Bradley

Bradley recently came to my home to resolve an issue following a couple of appliance replacements, which had unfortunately left a larger gap than expected and the units misaligned compared to how they were previously.From the outset, he kept me fully updated with his expected arrival time, which was very much appreciated. When he arrived, he was friendly, polite, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to properly assess the situation, explain what needed to be done, and worked methodically to rectify the problem.His skill and attention to detail were evident throughout, and he ensured everything was carefully aligned before leaving. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Could not obtain spare parts for coffee…

Could not obtain spare parts for coffee machine. The rubber gasket seal has failed on the milk frother nozzle. I have tried to source these perishable items only to find that Fisher and Paykel no longer support coffee machines on their web site ( even though they are still sold at many stores). The help desk tells me that it will take six to eight weeks to obtain the gasket seals as they no longer hold any spares. Therefore, I have no fully working coffee machine for up to two months.Since submitting the above review, Fisher and Paykel have responded in a very positive fashion. They arranged for an engineer to visit and supply the parts required. The engineer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Based on the prompt and timely response I have changed my review from one to five stars. Overall, I was impressed by the support given.

Had a leak coming from under my fridge…

Had a leak coming from under my fridge freezer. Booked a technician to come out via the online booking system. He was here within the stated window, was able to figure out the problem quickly and had the parts to fix it there and then. Really friendly guy and my fridge is leak free.
