Review Time
Had an issue with one of the burners on my gas stove, 6 months in. I call the hotline, and I was given a service date for the following week, and I thought all was good getting off the phone. 10 minutes later I get another email saying they have to push the appointment out to 3 weeks, and of course they chose a day & time that didn't suit me, so once I go in to reschedule, and pick a new date it's 4 weeks out. Let's see how the service appointment goes. But so far I'm not that happy with the lever of service.
Had problem with our fridge. Contacted the company and they arranged for a technician to come within a few days. Came on time. I was able to track time of arrival which was helpful. Technician was friendly and professional. Found the problem quickly and changed the part that was broken. Fridge is working again. Thank you! Name of technician was Adam .W
We have had two of the drawer dishwashers bought by my partner and both have ongoing problems with water sitting in the bottom. I was told that they have to be used frequently to stop this happening which is impractical as one is in a rented property. The call out charge is astronomical around £200 which may or may not be covered by the guarantee, this seems to be the risk of the owner whether they, FP, qualify it as a fault. This is a problem 2 friends have had as well- in short I would not buy this high end brand ever again-its style over substance.
