Jiy provided a thorough check of our range cooker and tightened the controls - the root of our issue but also checked and improved the hob gas rings. Polite and helpful too. Great customer service. Also appreciated the call to let me know he was 15 mins away!
We had a visit from Dean, the F&P engineer earlier today and he was fantastic - fixed our issue with the extractor hood without fuss and in record time. Polite, courteous and professional, great communication too regarding his visit - thank you Dean/F&P, would h. recommend.
We've had our American style fridge freezer for almost 5 years , first time every gone wrong and needed a call out . The booking process was easy & given an hour time slot on the morning of. Jiy our engineer was fantastic! Couldn't have been any more helpful , he went over and above to fix our fridge it was exactly what he said , replaced the fan & added bonus got out ice machine working too !( That's been out of action since Covid ). A really pleasant helpful chap and fantastic engineer! got the job done quick, took me through some tips and best bit no charge as just within the warranty period ! What an A class service all round , never had that experience before with any manufacturer before or engineer ! Thank you so so much Jiy! That's made our Christmas ! A+++
