Like other reviewers I spent a long time looking for a step and bodypump set. The Fitkit pricing was just right for both and items were in stock. Couldnt say that for many of the other retailers. The purchase process was quick and easy. As I ordered items separately I called their support team and they refunded me one of the delivery charges - no questions. Very helpful team. Step arrived next day and bar and weights arrived in 3 working days. Well within stated timeframes. Overall very impressed with service, delivery and price. Keep it up!

Ordered a 20kg barbell set on 28th Jan, it arrived on the 2nd Feb. Courier tracking meant I knew exactly what was going on. The quality is great (brand new clips mean it's not the fastest to change the weights if you care about your bodypump transition times) but I'm really happy with it. I looked at loads of options and for the price and small delivery charge I'm 100% positive this was the best option.
I pre-ordered the Jordan studio barbell set and despite strong winds initially delaying delivery by a week, the kit turned up in great condition with no issues! Customer service were also very quick to reply when I had a query. Would definitely buy from here again.
Pre-Ordered a Pump X set for my wife.The items arrived earlier than expected, with great communication and tracking via an email.The quality of the product is just outstanding.
