Brilliant customer relations

Brilliant customer relations. Day and a half between late night online order and delivery. Fantastic delivery - kind considerate, helpful advice, on time (perfectly between meetings). I cannot fault FitKit UK in any way. Thank you.

True to every word! 5+ *************

After weeks of researching spin bikes and almost everywhere saying they had stock, but didnt, we found fit kit. We hadnt used them before and were uncertain but found them super responsive and efficient in answering my many questions via messenger and email. We ordered the lifefitness ic6 at 11.45 yesterday morning. It arrived by 9am today and in perfect condition! I was waiting for something to go wrong bit nothing has! It was advertised with the version 1 pictures of the console computer but when asked in the correspondence they said it was the newer 2.0 version for sale. True enough, as stated it was the version 2.0! They contacted us to arrange registration and have been so efficient. Highly recommended. Fantastic

Bunch of Jokers with no customer…

Bunch of Jokers with no customer service skills. I bought an incompatible product, delivery guy simply dumped it at the back of the building in the rain without informing anyone. We stumbled upon it 2 days after whilst taking out the trash. After trying the attachment on my squat rack i noticed that it wasn't compatible. I called the office and spoke with Nikki who said I could return it and she will send me an email with instructions. Ploy to run down the clock!! Long story short, I didn't receive any email, when i called back again they told me they can't take it back because its been over 30 days even though the initial return conversation happened with their 30 days. They refuse to accept responsibility whilst at the same time blaming their error on lack of staff and running on skeleton crew like it's my fault. Now I'm stuck with a useless £350 metal. Worst company with the worst customer service ever!! Look for other outlets. Happy to review this if this injustice is rectified!
