We are not “review-writing people” but on this occasion felt we had to write one. After some great advice from two different people at Fit-Kit, we opted for a reconditioned Precor RBK835 recumbent bike for £649, about 6 years old and remember this was around £4k when new. Courier delivery was easier than we expected, and friendly driver took the pallet away there and then. Once we got it inside we were so impressed, far less wear and tear compared with the web pics, you would expect it the other way around!! The bike itself is perfect for our needs and one we used regularly in a gym, but no need to pay £35 a month now! The whole experience was great - everyone wants value for money when purchasing any product, this represents fantastic value for money and we would recommend to anyone. Don’t go to a high street retailer and buy plastic rubbish when you can get commercial quality for less money!

Received a Life Fitness IC8 from FitKit UK yesterday. Very happy with the whole experience. Ben was very helpful and answered all my queries before purchase. I chose the Interest free credit option to pay the balance over one year which was easy to do. From ordering to bike to receiving it took about a week (with free delivery).

Life Fitness ICG IC7 Indoor Group Cyle Studio Bike: Ordered on Wednesday, delivery confirmation by Friday, delivered on Monday at midday, and was ready to use at 12:30. The installation team were professional, explained the IC7’s features and took all packaging away with them. Highly recommend!
Given the difficult times we are currently experiencing mine was a positive purchasing experience. There was lots of clear communication about potential delivery problems (gym stuff was flying off everyone's shelves) but the worst case scenario did not evolve and our Step was soon with us and put to good use. Great communication and service under pressure. Thanks, we'll definitely use FitKit UK in future.
