I had a great experience with FitKit UK when I bought the LifeFitness Indoor Spinning Bike.It took an astonishing 3 days to get it delivered to me even at a time most 2 man deliveries were taking 3 weeks to 1 month.I got the brand new bike at a discount but also got it installed for free by FitKit UK at the time of delivery.Their delivery personnel were excellent and the entire customer experience was above and beyond what I have ever experienced with fitness outfits.Highly recommend FitKit UK.
Like many others I was keen to purchase a spin bike during lockdown. I knew which make and model I wanted and if possible I wanted to purchase from a company known to me (as it was not an insignificant amount to spend). Unfortunately due to lack of availability that wasn't possible. In the end I took a chance with FitKit UK and I have to say I was really pleased with the service I received. I ordered a Life Fitness IC6 bike and MyRide console on 23 May, with 5% discount and free installation. I was cautioned there may be a delay due to high demand and was surprised and delighted to take delivery on 1 June. I received a phone call advising when it would be delivered and an update on the day when they were en route. Upon delivery it was taken fully assembled to the room of my choice (upstairs - sorry!). A quick check that it was all working and that was it - no fuss, just very helpful and professional. The bike and console have been used regularly ever since. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FitKit UK or use them in the future.

After a very extensive search for gym equipment I found the website for FitKit. I called them and was really happy by both their enthusiasm and knowledge.I finally purchased two pieces of equipment which in turn were delivered promptly.The staff from the initial communication to the delivery were outstanding.
