Excellent communication. Great cross trainer. Super friendly men who came to install. Was worried about the cross trainer fitting through doors but installers did everything they could to help including removing and putting back a door! Excellent kit installed just where we wanted it. Thank you!

The engineer is professional level I will give 5 star , but the product is not as described 3-5 years actually Id show the matrix ex5 is more than 7 years and with heart rate grips cracked , no usb charge, without rubber removable pedal parts, but it is in working condition. That is I give 4 stars overall, and recommended

Like many others I was keen to purchase a spin bike during lockdown. I knew which make and model I wanted and if possible I wanted to purchase from a company known to me (as it was not an insignificant amount to spend). Unfortunately due to lack of availability that wasn't possible. In the end I took a chance with FitKit UK and I have to say I was really pleased with the service I received. I ordered a Life Fitness IC6 bike and MyRide console on 23 May, with 5% discount and free installation. I was cautioned there may be a delay due to high demand and was surprised and delighted to take delivery on 1 June. I received a phone call advising when it would be delivered and an update on the day when they were en route. Upon delivery it was taken fully assembled to the room of my choice (upstairs - sorry!). A quick check that it was all working and that was it - no fuss, just very helpful and professional. The bike and console have been used regularly ever since. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FitKit UK or use them in the future.
