Review Time
Placed an order on 24/11 during the sales and had selected next day delivery. To date, I have not received my parcel. The shipping gets delayed to the following day (this has happened daily since 25/11). Tried to contact the couriers as well as Flabelus but haven’t received any meaningful update. Each side blames the other. The same as other reviewers mentioned - apology for the ‘frustration’ but never any solution. When asked to cancel the order and start the refund process, they ignored me. It has been 8 days since I have heard anything back from Flabelus.Due to the time scale, I have been able to cancel the payment with my bank so at least I have my money back. Shame really, as I wanted to have the shoes for Christmas. Customer service and courier services need a lot of work. I think best bet is to go in store.
I discovered Flabelus while in Madrid. I bought 2 pairs but one hadn’t arrived from the other store and I was leaving the next day. They made it happen!During the sale, I ordered 2 more pairs and they arrived in a timely fashion with all the tracking information.You’re growing and prospering and I’m glad to see you having greater presence in the USA!
DON’T BUY THEM! I’ve been eyeing the brand for quite some time because of their popularity and finally bought a pair of patent leather mary jane during the achieve sale, to my disappointment the quality of the shoes are absolutely terrible. Just out of the box, the patent leather material is thin with no structure to the shoes, the sides of the shoes are also wrinkly like it was not stitched properly. Plus, the stitching of the shoes are loose, uneven and already coming apart. I’m afraid if I wear them, the soles will most likely fall off. I cannot imagine paying full price but even on sale, the shoes are not cheap. I’m willing to try to get into contact with the customer service, but reading reviews online I’m not too hopeful I’ll get to exchange for a new pair, let alone a refund.
Mostly very happy. The shoes themselves are great - pretty and very comfortable to wear all day. Sara in the London shop was so helpful when I had questions. Products were shipped quickly from Spain from my original online order. One thing it’d be great to see improved is the clarity on exchanges and tracking progress. I’m not sure the Reveni exchange worked as described (with the replacement product being shipped out before the returned one had been accepted - which sounded very unusual anyway) so it was hard to know what was happening. Either way, more info on order/exchange status would have been great.

Took ages to arrive and then sent me the wrong size but I have to pay to return them. No reply from customer service and all I seem to be able to get is a refund for a gift card as they were purchased from the archive store. Dreadful :(
never received ! and you dare charge me for an order never received. what a shame. I reached you so many times. never have a correct answer which should be hey we Will give you your money back. I have to hire a lawyer now to have my money back. this is a shame
I really love these shoes, they are so comfy! This was my first Flabelus and for sure, I'll get more :)As a recommendation, please add more details in the size guide section (maybe some aprox. measurements) because I had to return them twice before getting my right size.
The shoes are fabulous—very comfortable and a wonderful gift for a friend, especially since the Flabelus website allows different shipping and billing countries. Unfortunately, in my case, one of the rubber soles started coming unglued just a week after purchase.
