The sent me shoes with defect and don’t reply for a week now, while I needed these shoes for an event that I have next week. Reading all the reviews it looks like I will not get any solution.

Flabelus claimed to ship my package but…

Flabelus claimed to ship my package but never did. I tracked the package with the tracking number they provided me, and the status never changed. I contacted them several times, only to not receive a response. After several weeks of contacting the Shipping company GLS confirmed Flabelus never gave them the package.

I would give 0 if I could

I would give 0 if I could. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a pair of shoes which were meant to have been shipped next day delivery. There is zero coordination between the London shops and the actual company in Spain. The website is still saying these shoes are in stock and ready to ship however I’ve been told these will come from Spain. I looked on the tracking and they’ve been sat in a warehouse in Spain for the last 5 days. Do not order online from this company, logistics and communications are TERRIBLE! The women working in the physical shops in London are perfectly nice, but totally clueless. The shops don’t even have numbers you can call. I’m now trying to cancel my order as I’ve also been told that the shoes disintegrate after a couple of months.

I’d give zero stars if I could

I’d give zero stars if I could. I ordered four pairs, of which three were incorrect. I emailed them immediately with pictures of the box labels, pictures of the incorrect items, and all the info required - and I waited the full 72 hours per their time frame to receive a response and got nothing. I called on Friday, they said they would send out correct items on Monday, and a return label for the incorrect shoes, and would email me with the tracking. She tells me I’ll get the shoes by Thursday. Monday comes and Monday goes. Tuesday comes and Tuesday goes. I did try to call on Tuesday - there was no answer. So finally, Wednesday at 5am NY time - I call. The lady tells me they’ve been shipped and she will send me the tracking code. I receive an email 45 minutes later from her saying she’s requested the tracking info from the warehouse and she’ll let me know as soon as she receives this. This has been a terrible experience- ongoing for the past two weeks, and still not yet resolved. If you can find the shoes you want from Nordstrom - just go there and spare yourselves. The service has been absolutely irritating.

Stitching is now basically falling apart

I absolutely loved the flats when I got them, but that only lasted a day...I decided to get to a different model (which, by the way, looks almost identical to the original one except for a shiny band) and paid £160... But at this company, price sadly doesn't equal quality.After just one wear - to the office, nothing extreme - the stitching already started peeling. No long walks, no bad weather, just normal use. Two weeks in, the stitching is now basically falling apart. Honestly, really disappointing quality for the price. Definitely not worth it.

Zero stars. I bought a pair of shoes from the Notting Hill store in November, but I only started wearing them in June, once the good weather arrived. After just a few days—about a week—the soles of both shoes came apart, causing the upper and the insole to detach as well. I emailed customer service with photos attached, but I never received a reply. Very poor quality for such expensive shoes.

Do not order online from Flabelus

Do not order online from Flabelus! There is literally no customer service. They take weeks to reply and only then it is a generic response. I had cancelled an order as it never turned up despite paying for next day delivery. They have my money and then 3 weeks later the shoes turned up but in the meantime I had bought a pair from the shop. They ask for details which I have supplied them with in two emails and no response. Plus online it said a 15% discount would be provided at the checkout but it wasn't. This place is a joke. Take your money and then silence!!

Pretty good customer service

I had a defective shoe I bought on vacation, and they replaced the defective pair pretty quickly and sent them to my home address.

My excitement turned into disappointment

I was extremely excited about this pair of shoes. Whilst it is not a designer or specialist item, for the price range, I expect good quality. You can probably buy five ballet flats from high street brands from the price of one. Unfortunately, it came with scuffs and lose threads. I wish I could show pictures.
