Honestly a scam. The colour is completely (I mean completely) different than on the website. I bought 2, the dark one is true to picture, quite comfy, the other one, a bright pink on the website is more of a dull dark purple in real life. No returns because it was on sale! I paid 85 eur still..... Sizing doesn't make sense. I sized up for the Mary Jane which fits a bit too tight, and the other more ballerina style is way too big :(
My online payment was easy, fast and secure. My shoes arrived as scheduled. The box was top quality with a nice shoe bag for a great first impression. My shoes were even better than expected - quality materials, stitching, and feel. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I would buy again for sure.
Unfortunately, I received a faulty order from Flabelus early in January. Despite trying every way, multiple times to get in contact, the only response I’ve received is from their Instagram team telling me they can’t do anything. I’ve bought many pairs (instore) of the shoes and love them. It’s hugely disappointing that this could turn a regular customer away from buying again. Simply I wanted the faulty shoes to be made right.

I had a very positive experience with Flabelus and was impressed with the customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to an address in Spain which unfortunate did not arrive - they must have got lost in the post, but the Flabelus team were extremely helpful, they responded to my emails and took every step to try and locate the shoes. When they were unable to locate them they sent me a new order for the two pairs of shoes at no extra cost. I absolutely love the shoes, beautiful colours, materials and extremely comfortable!
I got mine from the Notinghill store and loved wearing them until the fabric started falling apart. I didnt even wear them too often as they look fragile but was expecting better quality for the price paid. They havent responded to a single complaint here which says sth about their cs policy but lets see if the e mail i sent them will bring any outcome:/
Great when ordering but much improvement needed when returning. I purchased my shoes when there was a site wide sale. Upon creating my return online I popped into the store to drop off (as instructed). The assistant there was reluctant to accept my return as it was deemed a 'sale' item. Bear in mind, EVERYTHING was on sale and it was only 10%. After much waiting around she finally accepted but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't use again.
I am really surprised about all of these terrible customer service reviews! I personally had a fantastic experience. I needed to return the shoes as they didn’t quite fit my tiny little feet right. They got back to me straight away with how to return them. I then ended up missing the return deadline due to personal factors. I got in touch with them to see if it was still alright to return as they had still not been worn once. They reassured me that I could still return them due to my situation. I returned them a week over the due date and I have been contacted directly to say the shoes have been receieved and a full refund has been issued! Fantastic communication and great customer service! I will absolutely be buying from them again as the shoes were beautiful, I just need a different size!
Complete lack of customer service or care. They’re a “trendy” brand with money for advertising and marketing but that’s where the appeal ends. What a shame as the shoe themselves are quite nice, apart from the fact their sizing clearly doesn’t make sense, and they should probably adjust it to fit the standard rather than tell their customers to size up. Weird. Would not buy anything from them again, impossible to get in contact with. V unprofessional. Avoid!
