Review Time
I ordered a pair a few months ago and noticed a squeaky sound coming from the sole of the shoe that wouldn’t go away. I contacted customer service with videos of the sound and eventually they decided to send me a new pair to replace the defective one I had originally purchased. CS was super responsive and I never felt like they were ignoring me or lagging on a reply. Very impressed!
The customer service is brilliant, I ordered a pair of Mary Jane’s for a wedding however when they arrived realised they were too small and had to exchange for a bigger size, the customer service were so helpful in making sure the new pair arrived in time for me!
I ordered a pair of ballet flats and the customer service was very helpful and accommodating when I had accidentally filled out the wrong delivery address. The package arrived within a week. The shoes looks amazing, even better than on the pictures. The packaging was also very nice and everything felt luxurious and well made. Overall a great experience, will probably purchase again in a new color.
The team at Flabelus was amazing. I bought a mary jane during my travels in Seville but quickly discovered one of The seams wasn’t stitched properly. I emailed them, explained the situation (that I was on the move) and they sent me a replacement pair all the way to Canada! They even dealt with the difficult customs agents to get them to me. Love knowing it’s a sustainable brand, with great customer relations and the cutest styles and colours. Can’t recommend enough
That's Just ridicilous. I paid so much for shoes that lasted for less the a month although I have worn them for Just few times. I've reach the customer service (which should be called anti customer) and haven' t got any answer. I'm thinking about filling a case to customer protection Office. Woulg give 0 if I could. BEWARE!
I had a great experience with the Customer Support. Ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived with a small defect. I contacted support, sent them pictures and asked if the shoes can be exchanged. After their quality department reviewed my case, they sent me a new pair free of charge. CS stayed in touch via email and updated me on the shipment status regularly. I’ve received a new pair recently and it’s amazing. True to size, very soft and comfy. No issues whatsoever, CS representatives were friendly and polite.
Unbelievably bad customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes the end of November and they arrived immediately. I needed a smaller size and returned them for an exchange the beginning of December. I'm still waiting for the new pair over 2 months later and I can barely get a response from the company. Not only that but now the shoes are about $50 less than what I paid for them online and they aren't mentioning any kind of reimbursement.Update: I finally received my new shoes a week or so after writing this review.
