I recently purchased two Flashforge 5M 3D printers for my business, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Assembly was incredibly easy, and I was up and printing in no time. The print quality is absolutely stunning—comparable to machines that cost two to three times as much!What really sets Flashforge apart is their exceptional after-sales service. I encountered an issue with the touchscreen on one of the printers. I emailed their support team and received a reply within an hour. After explaining the problem, a replacement screen was dispatched the very next day via DHL—not regular post! I had the part in hand within four days.This kind of responsive and professional support is rare these days. It's what transforms a good company into a great one.I highly recommend Flashforge 3D printers. They are worth every penny, offer outstanding print quality, and have the best customer service I've ever experienced.
My experience with the AD5X was great for various reasons; it was very easy to use (as someone with little experience), and the color change system was truly unique. Overall, after owning the printer for several months, I can say (with confidence) that it is one of the most reliable multi-color printers, especially for its price.
As an older woman who's not very tech-savvy, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how easy it has been to learn and use my two FlashForge printers, the AD5M and AD5X. Both printers deliver excellent performance, and I’ve been really impressed with their quality. I also had an issue with missing items from my shipment, but FlashForge’s customer service was outstanding. They were prompt, helpful, and made sure the items will be resent immediately. Highly recommend FlashForge for both their reliable products and exceptional customer support!
I purchased the new AD5X on 06/24/25 for $399. Yesterday I saw a prime day discount which would save me $30 with check out code. I sent them an email and requested to receive the $30 refund. They could have refused or told me to repurchase and return the original purchase. Instead they refunded the $30 promptly in less than 24 hours. I enjoyed my AD5M pro and can't wait for the AD5X to arrive!
